English is not my native language and i´m easily misunderstood. What i meant was not the angle of the bonnet, but instead the angle of what i think is called the A-pillar in carspeak. I´ve superimposed a drawing of the Studebaker cab on your pic to show what i mean. Notice that the angle also interferes with the shape of the doors and the small triangular door window.

It´s the angle pointed out by the yellow arrow. Anyway, i realise that it´s too late to do anything about it now. Sorry that i brought it up. I sometimes become too eager...
