Hi Dave!
Of course you're right. I told this chap about the rear lights, as well as for those clean and not convincing headlights. They look somewhat strange to me, for they lack difussion grid. Exactly the headlights makes me think this is postwar tractor. I told him also something else: wartime or postwar vehicle, it lacks the obligatory colour coding of the wheel nuts.
BTW, on those few wartime pictures of the tractor from the rear, factory ones including, I can't see any reflectors, just a single small (blackout?) light on the right (on the right side of the number plate place). This was confirmed by Scammell factory drawing No. 6T206, titled "G.A. of Scammell Gun Tractor Type Recovert Vehicle (Sliding Jib)"
