Hi Zeke,

The 100 years is in July, and the one that probably is of more interest to us is the first use of tanks - Battle of Flers-Courcelette (part of the Battle of the Somme) on 15 September 1916 - which I am sure we can mark with a Group Build as well. The importance of this (D-Day) anniversary is probably more to do with the fact that nearly all the veterans are dead and the few that are left are getting on now (at least 88 years old!) and probably will not be around for the 80th anniversary. Also, as Dan is sponsoring the competition it is his prerogative to decide on the subject. I hope you can join in and make up the numbers.
