S-Models M3A3 Tracks, or Mr. Exacto is Jealous

Hi everyone,
Going along wit the review of the S-Models M3A3......

http://www.network54.com/Forum/47210/message/1421067285/S-Models+M3A3+%28Pic+Heavy%29

then I did the Drive sprocket

http://www.network54.com/Forum/47210/message/1421095769/S-Models+M3A3+Drive+Sprocket+fix%2C+or+Mr.+Dremel+is+your+Friend

and then the Idler Wheel

and one of the things I pointed out
was the Detail Defect where the Guide Teeth
are molded completely through to both sides.
well here is my answer to that....
Just to refresh your memory this is what I am talking about.....

Now.... this fix will only be for the lower portion of the tracks,
I figure thats all you'll see any way. happy.gif

I started by shaving off the "end connectors" on the inner side of the tracks , cutting .5 mm to the inside of the "outer" guide teeth,
and then shaving away the molded guide teeth.

I then glued the guide teeth back on.
here is the "inner" side with the guide teeth glued back on.

Here is the "outer" side to show the difference.

I did this down the length of the track.

when I have the energy.... I'll do the other side.
