A friend of mine will go next week in London and I have already given her a list with my neeeds. She has experience in the field, she brought me several sets from Spain and France.

I kindly ask you if you know some shops in London (preferably downtown) where she could find for me 1/72 figures from Warriors, MIG Productions, Odemars etc.

Thank you very much for your support.

I think I am right

in saying Hannants in London has moved in relatively recent years. The only other model shop I have been to is useless for figures. I think the property taxes in London are too high for the model shops to have survived in general so I think there is a general lack of them except those specialising in high value items.

Thank you very much for your message and it is a pitty that the capital of a country who was a leader in promoting model kits during the years does not have a proper store...

Hannants

Cristian

Andrew is correct that Hannants in London has moved in recent years. It used to be right beside the Colindale Underground station (Northern Line); now you must walk from there to the RAF museum at Hendon (maybe 15 minutes - down to the roundabout and take Grahame Park Way). Hannants is just past it on the same side of the road. I was there the other day; have to say it did not seem quite as good as the old shop, but I only managed to go to that about twice so my memory may be at fault!
