And now a pic of the kit is posted at Dragon USA. I'll buy the kit just for the turret screens which look superb! Very fine detail on the screen.

But it seems likely its a build of what we'll see as a kit soon.

The screens are what I was mainly focused on. As far as I know there aren't even aftermarket PE screens currently offered for this little monster which makes the Dragon kit quite appealing to me.

While ICMs model is quite nice, the PE screen offered with their kit doesn't appear to be fine enough mesh whereas Dragons looks true to scale.

Hmm, looks a lot like the ICM SdKFz 222. At first I thought it was but comparing them more closely it doesn't appear so. A lot of parts look the same and they have gone for the same solutions when it comes to the protective turret top mesh.
