Please, need directions for any good hobby shops around these cities. A friend will be visiting them and would like to know. BTW, he is mostly (but not only) interested in 1/72 AFV, figures, detail sets and accessories. You got the picture...
Any help appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Antwerp & Brussels

July 1 2012, 1:26 AM

These are three shops worth checking out, they all carry Braille stuff. Those two in Brussels are small shops but have a lot of hidden treasures. The one in Antwerp is big and has a large variety of kits
Hope this helps

Two more in Antwerp

July 1 2012, 11:20 AM

A bit outside the trodden paths in Antwerp Speelgoed 2000 has an excellent stock of figures:

Speelgoed 2000
Turnhoutsebaan 44
2100 Deurne

http://www.speelgoed2000.be/
open 10:00 - 18:00 hrs
saturday 10:00 - 17:00 hrs
closed on sunday AND ON TUESDAYS!

Between Speelgoed 2000 and the city center there is Modelbouwcentrum Baillien:

Modelbouwcentrum Baillien
Turnhoutsebaan 340
2140 Antwerpen

http://www.modelbouw-baillien.be/
modelbouwcenter.baillien@skynet.be
Open 9:00 - 12:30 and 13:30 - 18:00
closed on sunday AND ON TUESDAYS! (except in december, then only closed on Sundays)

They have a good stock of figures as well, but more kits an diorama materials, and they even have (had?) their own 1:72 and 1:87 resin range called Eleni Models
