An alternative

August 1 2012, 9:12 AM

MR models makes a great Fisher Corp. M4A2 with the fabricated/welded driver's hood. It is supposed to be a conversion to be used with the ESCI/Italeri M4A1 lower hull but I think it could also be used with the Trumpeter, UM or the DML 1/72 M4 kits with some cutting and putty. In fact I would recommend the Trumpter or DML kit for the conversion work over the old ESCI kit.

I am working on the DML M4A2 Tarawa kit myself these past weeks. It is a great kit and among DML's best 1/72 scale models, careful with assebling the bogies though. Below are some links for those interested in the vehicle.

I would not mind an international swap at all, i would even be willing to help with shipping costs to make it happen!
send me an email of what you are interested in, i would take more than one if you are getting rid of them wink.gif
I also have a tamiya enigma i can trade.
Thanks!

Do you need the whole kit, or just the hull?

July 31 2012, 4:39 PM

Hi Aaron,

I have the hull and turret from the M4A2 Tarawa kit, but I've used most of the other parts. Let me know if you're interested.
