A Maus turret !! This Maus turret casting came fresh from the Krupp factory and should possibly be loaded on a SdAh 116 hauled by another FAMO and transported further to Bobingen for further assembly....

To bad I do not make dioramas... (and still have to build a SdAh 116....)

As Robert Kru has pointed out the real FAMO 10t Drehkran had some size and detail differences over the standard one but I am willing to cut the corners to finish mine soon. I now even consider using the Planet/CMK rubber tracks I have leftover from a FAMO/88 conversion...

PS The tiny Mortola resin CV 33 with homemade Solothurn 2 cm AT gun makes for a nice comparisson in size.
