Richard has just completed scratch-building this little beauty of an Albion BY3 Bacteriological Laboratory. The decals were made by a mate of his Dave Allen.
Great stuff Richard.....more really inspirational work!

Cheers,

Neil

Heloo Richard (and Craig)
Super build and a clean finish. I do like the effort you have made in recreating the radiator header's Albion logo and the folded tilt gives a lot of character.

Where did you find reference on the inside of the cab? I'm struggling with a workshp version the beast myself.

All the best

Dan

I fear that may be the way I am going - just checking if there was an alternative. I won't tell if you don't.

All the best

I can find very few photos showing it but the drawings I have show what looks to be a fairly low profile engine cover with a tube coming from the top centre of the housing and sloping upward toward the dash and with an (air-breather maybe?) on the end of it forming a "T". I also have a photo showing a handbrake and shifter to the right of the driver's seat. Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Neil

Another unusual subject ...

well-executed by Richard. That is some of the sharpest detail I have seen on a model - and particularly on a scratchbuild!

Well done Richard and thanks for posting Neil.

Cheers

David
