Trying to translate some Russian text

Hi
I'm trying to work out what the writing written on the wall of the building in this photo says:

[IMG][linked image][/IMG]

This is of course from the First Chechen War, so the text could be Chechen, i'm not sure? I could of course just copy the text and paint it on the building i'm doing, but i'd like to get it correct if I can, so i'm not sure if any letters or words are out of the picture.

Any help much appreciated.
Rob
