So what's the deal with the dissapearance of with Mr Surfacer 1200 in spray can form?

Now that I've snagged the last can on the shelves at CRM (Thanks Mike, Chris and Chris M!), what the heck is up with the disapearance of Mr Surfacer 1200 in spray can form?

Hobby Emporium and Spare Time don't have it and can't get it.

Is this like the relabeling thing that made Tamiya paints and putty hard to get there for a while or is there something else going on?
