Hey All - I'm building a T 34 that has changed hands 3 times. Obvisouly it started out in Soviet service. It was captured and used by the Germans. While it was in German service it was painted German yellow had a black and white Bulkan Cross added and maybe some numbers. It was then recaptured and used by the Soviets. I want to have some of the German markings visible under the last coat of Soviet green. If I place German decals on it and spay over them in Soviet Green I'm concerned that the decals will "stand up" and that you'll be able to see the edge of the decals with paint over them. Has anyone painted over decals before and had a good result or am I better off tracking down some dry transfers or painting the German marking with some masking? Thanks!
