So I know this has been brought up before but as far as contests go, why is it that the kits that I do that I think are great never get placed and the ones I think are so so get best in category? I'm talking about my own stuff. I think of myself as a decent builder and finisher. I'm not complaining just wondering if others have had the same experience. If I really think my XYZ tank is great..it get's nothing! If on the other hand my ABC softskin is ho-hum it will inevitably get a first...I know weird but just wondering if others have experienced the same?
