You can only use that title for "Fair Use" if it's at the County Fair, Scarbourough Faire, 'My Fair Lady', Brendan Fehr, 'The Thomas Crown Affair', Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, or Mostly fair with a slight chance of rain.
