After the good reviews I read about Spade Ace tracks a while ago, I ordered two sets of M110 tracks through Import Hobby, as various other people have done. I placed my order on March 4th. The Paypal transfer was not accepted until March 29th - still within the window of what others reported, so I was awaiting my tracks. By April 13th nothing had appeared, so I emailed them to ask for information. When I received no reply, I decided I had no choice but to inform Paypal, as my 45-day limit was about to expire. Paypal gave Import Hobby/Junxter LLC 10 days to prove that they'd sent the tracks, to which there has been no reply. Today I received confirmation that my money is being refunded by Paypal.
I don't actually think Import Hobby have done anything malicious, but rather that they've possibly been overwhelmed by their own success with regard to Spade Ace. I will happily order the tracks again, but through Hobby Easy, who are carrying the line too now.
I don't know if my experience is typical - I hope not - but I felt I needed to let people know.

I've been waiting since October for an order from IH.
It took them a full month to acknowledge even receiving the order, and despite several attempts to ask WTH my order is I have yet to receive a reply from them.
