S&T figurines problem

HI everybody

I've buyed some figurines from a German Website (exter company) but unfortnately a couple of it has arrived without some parts, the first is a S&T 35016 12th ss in Normandy and it comes without the left arms, the second is a LEGEND Motorcycle Feldgendarmerie #2 LF0110 and it comes without the two legs, I've tried to contact the seller but he never answer to my e-mail, so I would like to know if is it possible to contact the manufacturer directly, did anybody know if they have a website??

I post the pic of the two blister as you can see the S&T figurine it's envelope sealed, so it's impossible that I've missed some parts. it was enveloped without the arm. sad.gif the same thing for the Legend's
