Response to Afghanistan era/Cold war Soviet figures

Hi Shane,
Give Andrew at Historica books a shout, he has Battalion figures, their modern Russian figures are superb. They also have a GRU officer in Afghan setting, fantastic figure. Russian kit and uniform has changed very little and even very modern figures can be made to easily look right in an Afghan setting.

Here's some links to figures on Andrew's site, great guy by the way:
General figures page:

Link to GRU Officer:

Modern Russian Special Forces almost identical to those of the time:

Also Mujaheddin figures:

Hope this helps!

Glen
