Yes, a boat of that size is what I had in mind. However, not sure I'm up to scratchbuilding such a craft.
But I just now found a photo of a small open boat with a less complex design (however, not carrying SEALS but what looks like a pair of GIs). Will try to do some more research on that one.

Otherwise I might go for the LSSC instead. Still smaller than the PBR...
