Most are still in soft plastic

Response to 1/72 figures- what plastic do they use?

Revell, Airfix, Italeri, Hat, Orion all use soft plastic. Some of it is harder than in years past. I bought some Airfix British infantry (reissue of old Esci set)that were in something almost like styrene. I thought this was pretty nice and picked up the World War I reissues and they are in the same rubbery stuff Airfix has used for 50 years.

Some brands use soft plastic that is supposedly gluable. I had thought the Pegasus Berlin German infantry were in a gluable plastic since they are in multiple parts, but the stuff doesn't glue easily.
