HI everybody

I've buyed some figurines from a German Website (exter company) but unfortnately a couple of it has arrived without some parts, the first is a S&T 35016 12th ss in Normandy and it comes without the left arms, the second is a LEGEND Motorcycle Feldgendarmerie #2 LF0110 and it comes without the two legs, I've tried to contact the seller but he never answer to my e-mail, so I would like to know if is it possible to contact the manufacturer directly, did anybody know if they have a website??

I post the pic of the two blister as you can see the S&T figurine it's envelope sealed, so it's impossible that I've missed some parts. it was enveloped without the arm. the same thing for the Legend's

thank you very much for your support, I don't know why he doesen't answer, but I write to him to the same e-mail address, many time before paying the items, and he always answer , I guess he is in vacation???

ok he is in Military service for a month but on weekend heīs at home giving you an e-mail.He said you will get a Credit on the legendfigure because thats the only one he got.the pieces from the S+T figure will be sending to you soon.


On his homepage english version he left Note that he is away for a couple of weeks ,but this ends next week.

your friend finally answer to me, but not in the same tone you have anticipate with your last emails,
He say that I'm crazy and if I want a refund I have to ship to him the two figurines before, so I lost the shipping cost that are the same of the two figurines, he don't wan't to ship me the missing parts.
I think it's the first and last time that I buy somenthing from that website.

As I intendeded to buy some products from this seller I read with disappointment your post.
If the S&T figure is still usable by replacing his arm, this cannot be said for the Legend one, a rider without his legs is good only for spare parts!!
I think I will stay away from this guy who offers kits at high prices and not giving a true insurance on them, not to mention the shipping cost.

....Alessandro! I've payed 20 Euro for shipping cost from Germany to Italy, and now he want I pay the same shipping charge for the refund! what kind of refund is?? If I have to pay the same!?!
I think for me also it was the first and last time I buy somenthing from him. I've send other mail but he continue not answer!! I'm very disappointed!! ;-(

Thank you for posting this, I have been looking at this site recently and was considering ordering some things that seemed reasonably priced on there. I will definitely not be ordering from him now and will spend my money somewhere else!

Luca Thorsten tell me you got a arm from S&t on the way .The problem is i tell you before Thorsten is on military service since yesterday .so it doesnīt matter if you send him some e-mails he doesnīt recieve it.do you really read the message on his homepage ? The problem for costs are german post, the shippingcosts are very high and you got a sealed item from S&T and one from Legend so how could he know a arm is misssing? It isnīt Thorstens Fault he donīt know whats in the figurebox.Something is going on with your paypal payment maybe you stop it and he is in trouble with your cash . He told me he got no payment anyway all his cost for figures and shipping is cancelt .so once you get to pay the shippment for figures or the spareparts .Nothing is for free so be happy getting something for nothing and donīt write negative articles about exter i surely know he is a honorable guy and he got the best reputations .Get in contact so you could getting all the trouble blowing away.

Yes I've read what Thorsten write on his website, and he say that was busied since june 30, but that' s not the problem , first because he continue not answer (today is 6 of june) , but the only answer I've recived from him told that I'm CRAZY!! Is it normal?? I guess what is his problem??
It's not a fault of Thorsten if somenthing missing from the blister, but I think a serious seller have to guarantee his customer if somenthing dosen't work right. I've only ask the missing parts, not a refund and he told me that I'm CRAZY, If I will recive the missing parts, don't warry I'll write on this thread.

no it is not but Thorsten told me he wrote to you he couldnīt send you the parts from Legend .he got Problems to recieve Legends figures from the manufacturer or Wholesale so i donīt understand you got a refund on the Legend figure ,why you contact Legend directy so you havenīt pay for this .Write a little s-mail to legend maybe
they send you a piece of that figure.Thorsten couldnīt log in here to give you an answer.Exter only does a Clearance selling for Legends.

only a little Story from my buying i buy custom dioramics superdoirama with a lot of etching resinparts an otherstuff so at the seller i bay it in Nürnberg he open up the creat taking all the stuff away and i payed more than 200 for this take me one year to recieve the missing parts.So i get upset and wrote to verlinden abaot 10 mails .after this long time i get all parts but never recieve a
Excusemail from Nürnberg.
