50 Different Mint in boxes Road Champs Police Series 1/43 from 97-99

I found a box in my atticed loaded with about 50 different ROAD CHAMPS Police Series toy cars still in original package from all different states and colors in the 1/43 Die cast scale. Some of them look like they never where hung on the shelves. They still have the paper part that gets torn off to be hung.
