Here we go again! Here's an all new list (well okay, there are a few things left over from my old list) - Sorting through the collection has been a long process, and once again, I've found that I have wayyyy to many extras for projects that I'll get to sometime 10-15 years from now... So my previously insane purchasing habits are your benefit! There are several OOP and sought after items on the list - so I expect much of this will go quickly!
As always items are listed by manufacturer and product number with the actual retail price (or as close to an estimate thereof as I could find) and the asking price listed. The few older items are still listed at 50% off, while the newly added items (the bulk of the list) are generally around 25% off - if you can show me a lower advertised price, I'll gladly match.
If you haven't ordered from me before, see the process listed below for details. I've updated the process for those ordering from overseas - as the shipping process and pricing for overseas shipping has gotten outrageously expensive

So let's talk about how this will work:
1) Send me an E-MAIL to pcotcher@bellsouth.net should that not work, or should you not hear from me, PM me here, or respond to this thread - listing the items that you're interested in purchasing. Please cut and paste lines from this list so that I have all of the specifics about the items. Along with the list of items that you're purchasing, please let me know:
* Your Shipping Address - so I can quote postage, and for non-US orders any applicable handling fees.
* How you'll be paying - I prefer PayPal for ALL orders - if you don't have an account, it's very easy to establish and setup. I also accept personal checks from US customers and Money Orders, Bank Checks from US and International customers. International Customers note, all payments must be made in $US.
Just as a reminder: It has come to my attention that some of you are having difficulty getting e-mails to get through. Apparently the bellsouth.net servers are heavily firewalled, and those of you using accounts with servers that are known sources of spam can apparently have your e-mails blocked - regardless of whether or not it's legit (hotmail.com, etc). At this point in the sale, I am able to provide very quick turnaround on e-mails, and therefore, if you don't hear back from me within 36 hours, it's safe to check to see if I received the e-mail. DEFINITELY TRY the pcotcher@bellsouth.net address first, but if that fails, here are some alternate connection possibilities - go ahead and PM me here, I'm not quite as quick on the draw with those, but I do review them more carefully now that I'm aware of the server problem. I don't want to miss any deals! Heck, post a follow-up here to the forum too!
2) I will let you know by return e-mail which items are available - and will at that time mark the items as on hold for you. This will include a complete quote including shipping and fees.
3) Once you receive the quote:
Paying by PayPal: You can pay at that point via PayPal, please see instructions in step four. PayPal must be received within three days as otherwise, I will cancel your order.
Paying by Check or Money Order: Please confirm via return e-mail within two days that you'll be making the order (or canceling). Check must be received within 7 days for US orders and 14 days for international orders.
4) When you send payment PLEASE make sure to include ALL of the specifics about the order:
* Details on each item you're interested in - use the line item from the list above
* Your complete shipping address as it needs to appear on the shipping label (particularly important for non-US orders).
* Your contact information - e-mail and phone - in case there are any issues that arise with the shipment.
Please do not assume that the return address on your payment envelope will work - I put all orders received in a folder in the order that they are received, and having all of the information about an order on one standard page is EXTREMELY helpful to getting the orders out of the door quickly.
I think that covers the important details about making orders. I apologize for the strict sounding rules, but it just makes the transaction cleaner for both sides.
5) Shipping: For US orders I will ONLY ship via USPS Priority Mail - this is so I can use the Click-n-Ship product and ship from my doorstep (any other service requires a trip to the post office, that can significantly delay service). So if you want to order just one decal set, you will have to pay the priority rate for shipping. For non-US orders, I will quote shipping on a case by case basis. Please note that there are only two options available now - Global Priority Mail, and First Class International. There is no surface option available, nor is there letter airmail or similar services that you may have used in the past.
6) Shipping for non US Orders: Given the ever-increasing shipping rates that I've observed, and the fact that the actual shipping amount is hard to predict until the time of shipment, I'm implementing a new policy - if you order from me for a overseas order, I will still provide a best estimate of what it will cost to ship your order and an overall order price - price for the items, handling and shipping combined. If, however, I get to the post office, and find out that the shipping price is more than the estimate, I will hold the order and request a second payment in the amount of the difference in postage. This will mostly effect trans-Pacific orders that are more than two pounds - as those are the hardest estimates to provide. I'll do my best using the USPS shipping calculator to avoid this, but it will happen. Bottom line - if you're ordering from overseas be prepared for higher shipping prices!
Now the important stuff - CUSTOMER SERVICE & DELIVERY TIME:
I have limited access to my personal e-mail address from work - therefore I am typically available to answer e-mail during evening hours US Eastern time. So if you don't get an immediate answer during the daytime, that's why. I typically check once or twice per evening
While there are a lot of items there, I am not a hobby shop, I have no staff to help me ship out orders. I'll do my level best to ship as quickly as possible (it'll get faster as the sale moves along). I do have a family, and do have a very active almost three year old daughter, so at times reality will get in the way. If you have any questions about your delivery, please do not hesitate to send an e-mail. I will answer e-mails as quickly as possible. I will also post updates here and on other sites where I post this list.
For US orders, I will use carrier pick-up, which means as soon as it's packed, it'll go out the next day.
For international orders, I will only handle one shipping batch per week. Because of the six packages that I lost to overseas shipment during my last cull, I will ONLY ship via a drop-off at the post office - and due to the location of the local post office, will only be able to ship one batch per week - dropping off on mid-week.
And finally a disclaimer - I am NOT responsible for items that are lost or mis-delivered by the shipping carrier. Having been burned BADLY by the post office during the previous rounds - I spent over eight months completing paperwork, forms, tracers and finally insurance claims for six lost packages. I keep all paperwork for shipments, and will provide ANY support that I can to help you file paperwork, claims, etc. If you have any issues with this, please feel free to ask when you initially e-mail regarding your order. That being said, between my old company, Victory Models and my own personal sales, I have shipped literally thousands of packages, and in that time have only LOST those six. So this should not be a big concern.
