Congrats on your new job! It is really great when you like your boss! That makes the job so much more pleasant! I'm in the IT field but with this job I will be the project lead which will involve a lot of project management work. I will no longer be actually doing development. I will miss that but with all the dev work going off shore it was time to make this move.
