How about starting the evening with letting them have a dance party to her favorite music. Then wind down the night with her favorite movie, popcorn and maybe tye dying tee shirts.

I was a camp counselor for 15 years of that age group and the girls loved making those. You can also have a graffati t- shirt party where the girls decorate a small part of each others shirts or the birthday girls... use markers/puff paint pens etc.. They write happy birthday on hers and on theirs in the middle it could say ,'whatever your DD name is 11th birthday and they get to decorate and take them home as the favor.

Also....Do you have the game CRANIUM? It's like pictionary and do funny. The kids answer the questions, draw and do charades. Really a fun party game.
