He'll never know anyone if he is on his hols while the club is in crisis, also isn't the sign of a quality boss the art of delegation ?

Enough cheifs at the JJB on the football side, perhaps thats half the problem ? nah I still blame the players one helluva lot in all this, both under Chris Hutchings & Paul Jewell.

ps Don't begrudge anyone anywhere their hols but the timing was poor to say the least.
