Well....

...I have a slight interest in the tournament, as you know, so I won't pretend my expectations of this particular one is that of a purist but the (many) times I've watched a WC or an EC without my national team, I've always enjoyed it as good fun of the let's seat in a pub to watch Hungary-South Korea with no expectations nor any partisan leanings kind. I've booked a flight for Geneva, only realising after that I would be there for the last group games for two groups, including Switzerland's so I guess it will be fun to watch it at my local in my hometown with those of my mates who don't have a ticket for the Swiss game in Basel (most of them so far, it has been a bitch to procure tickets).
