From the Telegraph:

"He (Steve Bruce) has even involved the fans, writing his message large in the programme, saying: "To the supporters, I make this promise: We will fight, scrap and give everything we have for you and in return I ask you to be our 12th man."

Those supporters lost to the 5,000 choristers of Manchester in the area of crowd support and it sometimes seemed that there was more entertainment behind the goal than in front of it"

What a load of utter nonesense!!!!!

This guy cannot possibly have been at the game!

Aye fair enough, they were noisier than us after they scored the goal!

Funny how quiet they went after we equalized though, and even on MOTD all you could hear was the Athletic great escape chant that went on for most of the second half..
Even the West Stand shows some signs of animation!

These London based halfwits decide what they want to write before the game, then fit the match report around their own pre-conceptions. This buffoon must have gone home after half an hour.
