Good appointment, and I'm glad the FA bowed to allow him to bring in his backroom staff. Apparently they still want to bring in some English staff to assist, but somehow I can see 5 Italian's yakking in Italian about Tactics and formations, and Alan Shearer sitting there with a bemused look on his face trying to pick out the odd Italian word and translate into Geordie.
