Difference between jewell hutchings and Bruce

I think one of the main Differences between the jewell + hutchings regime and Steve Bruce
is that when things arent going right, (eg as against Villa) he makes a change he brought agohowa on IT did not work down to our lack of options on the bench but at least he tries to change things when they are not going right Jewell + hutchings never did this
at least not in the last season.
