What people fail to remember

And i`m mainly looking at our JCL`s & brilliant internet fans is that........

When WAFC were playing in the lower leagues we relied on FA Cup ties & especially the ones against the big clubs.The one & only time i got time off school for football was to go to Chelsea away when Tommy Gore scored the delightful chip to win us the game.I begged my Mam to let me go to this game & she knew she`d be wrong not to let me go.Also the Everton & Northwich games (in the fog & with a copper getting a dart in his cheek) are as good as any poxy premiership game.

Far too many of our Internet nerds would rather have 3 points than a cup run which personally i think reeks.Wigan Athletic needed good cup draws & cup runs to help stay alive.Now it`s a case of "We are alrigh Jack pull the ladder up"
