That's certainly a factor, but the decline of the FA Cup has coinsided with our rise up the leagues.

Latics fans haven't forgotten their past, now believing they're too big for the cup, all teams treat it as distraction.

I'd have personally prefared an away tie local derby, that would have got the juices running a little more, but Chelsea is a decent tie.
