Will he play for Wigan when he returns at the end of January, I take it even with all the complications, that his £600K+ pay out is to release him from his Hearts contract to Wigan, and his loan period to Rangers will soon end and therefore from Feb he's a Wigan player for Bruce to pick as long as he's injury free.....

If so would he get into the Wigan team?
