Bramble

Bramble and Scharner at centre half have been excellent in my opinion. Titus cost us a goal yesterday but also saved us a couple with covering tackles. The lad has been immense and has been a real pick me up after the shoddy defensive displays of last season.

Lets be honest his only flaw is his concentration, that can be worked on and improved. What he gives us is strengh, speed and aggression and coupled with sharner (who I thought was alive to every threat Everton posed yesterday) I think we have a wonderful partnership.

One thing we as fans have loved over the years is a trier. A lad who gives it all regardless of his shortcomings. Titus is that man. A player we can stick two fingers up to the opposition and say **** you - he's ours and we love him.

Our big problem is scoring goals and getting our noses in front in games, taking some of the pressure of the defence - but thats for another thread.
