I stopped exercising because although I was doing well with it, I kept getting hungry which negated all the good effects. But now I rejoined the gym 2 weeks ago and have been there 6 days since, and have been taking the hoodia religiously. I have to say I do have reduced appetite sometimes, and it's stopped the exercise from making me more hungry, which was the most important thing. However, I also have to say that sometimes I'm still a bit obsessed with food. Its strange, sometimes I find I have no appetite and other times I find I have a good appetite but not after exercising. I don't know why this is but it's weird. I am hoping that Hoodia will have the same effect on me all the time! |
