I'm 5'0" and weigh 12 st so I have a lot of weight to lose. I started Hoodia last week and have been able to control my eating all day. Great! One thing I noticed though is that even though my appetite is gone, I do feel the urge to eat out of habit. So I have to ask myself why I'm really eating. Comfort, daily ritual, etc. Yesterday I started snacking on celery sticks and this worked well. I'm going to give it 2 full weeks before I weigh myself. |
