I have been taking hoodia for over a week now, and I have found that it really works. I take it one hour before I eat a meal, and although I don't feel full before I eat, I definately eat less.
Before I took hoodia, I could EASILY eat a double-quarter pounder combo meal super-sized with an apple pie for dessert. Now, I eat a small cheeseburger and a medium coke and I am full. I thought it was just in my head, but I no longer crave food in between meals, and since I have started, I don't have to have my midnight snack anymore. I am actually worried that I may not be getting enough nutrients because I eat a fraction of what I used to. It is like having gastric-bypass without the surgery.
I have read over many posted comments, and for those who feel like it isn't working I just have to say that you need to keep in mind that it is an appetite supressant and NOT eliminator.
