OK it's an appetite suppressant and keeps you from being hungry, but that does nothing to stop comfort eating which I think more people would identify as their problem. So I don't see that it's that big a deal.
In all respect, that is a dim-witted remark. Hoodia is not a miracle pill that will automatically change your behaviour. It helps you by reducing your appetite, but it cannot stop you from eating if you are determined to.
What is so great about hoodia is that it does genuinely take the edge off my appetite. Since I've been taking hoodia I'm simply not as hungry and that to me is a great benefit and it means I've eaten less.
Erica i noticed you have been taking these pills for over a month...do you have any evidence of your weight loss...you have not actually said how much weight you have lost....noone on this sight has actually said how much they have lost to date since they started taking these pills...How do i know that you are not all employees of this company selling these pills????????? I suspect foul play...please prove me wrong without me parting with a penny.
i am in the uk too and bought the hoodia from this site. i found it works well for me but on the other hand i'm taking a lot more than the suggested amount to get the necessary effect.
This is a good question, a shame others think its a stupid one (typical of some).
Yes i eat for comfort and have tried it and i still felt hungry all the time.
I suggest you try phase 2 instead, look it up on this site and read the message board, good luck.
I agree it's a valid question, but Hoodia does make me feel full, so I would think if someone was comfort eating they would still eat less if they felt full.
