I'm on the fence on whether or not I should try Hoodia Gordonii. I need to lose about 30-35 pounds. But I don't want to start taking this stuff, and lose weight, only to stop taking it, then gain it all back and then some. Can anyone help me here? I've tried lots of other diet pills, and was sorely dissapointed when I stopped taking them. Any response to this thread would be most appreciated. Thanks again.
I heard some people say that Hoodia kinds of re-trains their appetite, meaning that after a while of taking Hoodia they get used to eating less and don't need it anymore. Personally I've always been doubtful that it can work like that, but this is definitely what I've heard some people say.
Hoodia helps me stick to a diet which is what I need it for. After I reach my target weight I will not need my diet anymore, therefore I will not need Hoodia anymore. If I don't need Hoodia anymore, it doesn't matter how stopping taking it effects me.
