Hey Everyone,
Just wanted to make an introduction. My name is Andy and I will be managing the forums as well as the community in general at our new location
www.quickbooksgroup.ca.
Why are we moving? We want to provide more than just a forum. We want to build a community for everyone to visit and share their experiences, get answers to questions and build contacts. Of course it wont be limited to that. This is where you come in, on the new boards I have a link at the top of the page that is for providing feedback about the community. Look for the link that reads "Have Suggestions for the Forum or Community?".
Just a couple of things to start the discussion. We were thinking of adding RSS feeds for customers that wish to receive news that is specific to your interests. We are also looking at Blogs and ways we can incorporate this into the community. For those of you who arent familiar with what Blogs are, these are basically journals updated by an individual or group of individuals that give you insight into their daily lives. A place for ongoing discussion. This may not seem interesting to some people but you would be surprised how interesting this can be, afterall, we are social beings.
Hope to see you on the new boards and look forward to hearing any feedback or ideas you have as well.
