right have a chipped ps2 model scph39003 i have had it for 2.5 years working no bother just problems loading in dvd copys but after a few resets usually loaded them in fine been doing this for about a year now however the other night went to load a game and the screen went to the browser as usual so tried again and again it went to the browser screen but this time it just froze and the disc stopped spinning hit reset and the screen goes black for a couple of seconds then turns blue . The power light comes on but the disc wont spin and the disc wont eject any ideas
Could either be the laser, BA chip, or modchip. Or all of the above. Modchips will sometimes work perfect for years and then all of a sudden, "POOF"... Fried. Usually takes out the laser and BA chip on the 39000 and usually the system wont work unless you remove the mod.
