Also weneva i put a game in, the browser menu constantly says reading disc, i know this is probly a laser problem but it reads one game, medal of honor underground, which is the oldest game i have being made in 2000, can anyone explain?

it reads ti because it most linly not a DVD format game about 90% of the games these days are DVD format games if you look on the disk ot the case I;ll bet you MOH doesn;t say DVD ROM on it which its using teh CD reare side of the laser ( the laser assembly has 2 reading formats CD and DVD majority of games are DVD which means alot more usage on the DVD reader portion

pretty much you need a new laser
