Your system probably just needs a calibration and alignment of the laser eye. What it is we clean, realign and adjust the voltage on the lens itself. Of course I have no way of knowing that will correct the problem, because I haven’t looked at your system, though we have a 90% success rate on all systems. The calibration and alignment is covered under our flat rate labor fee of $49.95. If any parts are needed then additional costs would apply. If in the event that your system requires parts to complete the repair then a technician will call you, and quote you on the cost of the repair. If you don’t want it repaired, we send back your system and you only owe us the $20.00 estimate fee along with the $10.00 for return shipping.
