slim PS2 70012 "The disc could not be read" error

I was playing Socom 2 online and the game froze so i reseted the ps2, and then it just went straight to browser and it said "The disc could not be read". I have tried cleaning the lens and it doesn't work SOMEONE HELPPPP!!!!
