son playstation not working

hi my son playstation has a cd stuck inside and it will not work, at all will not release cd whats the problem can u help me?

Try This

Take the cover off first and take the CD out and then, check to make sure there is nothing wrong with the cd tray, and make sure that the tray slides out fine, cause it might just be jammed against the PS2 Cover. let me know how it goes.
