Problem starting up

I got a used PS2, it has a problem starting up, the data of my console is:

Model No: SCPH-30001

this is not a Slim type

Serial No: U1881992

the Motherboard is a GH-006

It had a problem opening and closing the tray, I fixed it, apparently a surface mounted Diode in the CD Drive unit wasn't propperly soldered, actually the diode was completely loosen. Well I fixed that and now the tray opens and closes properly, but it wont turn on, looks like is going to turn on all the lights go on the green one and the blue one, the tray opens and closes fine, the power supply fan works fine too, but then the screen just blinks twice like if it is about to boot but that's it, it won't go any further.

Can someone help or give me a clue?

PD: I have checked all the cables and connections inside and outside the unit (Power cable, AV Cable, internal Ribbon cables, etc).

Thank You

Javy
