Help with the Ejection Ribbon

I was installing a flip top for my PS2, but as I was installing the flip top, my friend bumped into me and he caused me pull it out. Can someone give me directions on how to reinstall it?

I sound like an idiot but, can you be as direct as possible, I'm not that proficient at this.
