I have a SCHP30001 with a KHS 400C laser that does not adjust when I turn the unit on. The laser lights up, but no up/down movement from the laser itself. I have replaced this with a second laser (that works fine from another system) and it does the same thing. Is there a ribbon cable problem or some other power issue that is causing these lasers not to function correctly?
