The PS2 (model SCPH-70001) will turn on (ie. the LED goes from red to green), the laser powers up and the spindle motor spins. The TV screen flickers, but nothing ever comes up - no audio or video.
I said all fuses test OK, but that's not EXACTLY true. Fuse location PS7 was open, and I repaired that, but from what I have found, the only thing that that fuse controls is the rumble function. In any event, repairing that fuse didn't affect the problem I am having now.
Any other ideas?
