for your kind words and posts. Richard and I sure enjoy seeing Poppy's pic smiling away on the top of the Bully buddies forum. It's been a pretty tough weekend and both of us have been lost. Richard was kind enough to try and keep me busy this weekend knowing how hard this all is on both of us and our family.
Talk about Karma and life coming full circle.....on Saturday we took Popcorn to a special place called 'Bit of Heaven" so she could join us again. I didn't realize until we pulled into the place that I had been here before. The property and buildings had been improved so I didn't notice until I looked into the backyard. This was the location I had come with Popcorn and a friend and her bulldog when we did Beginners Agility back in 1999. What started out as an agility field/location and part pet cemetery had now been changed into a pet boarding, kennel, training facility including the cemetery and cremation services. Popcorn and I had a blast when we did the training! We actually had to stop because my big butt couldn't run the course as fast as she could run and jump! I think Popcorn is very happy and this was a special happy place for her to rest before her ashes are returned to us this week.
Life does come full circle.
